You may exchange new and unworn defective items within 7 days of receipt.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Should you need to return a defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and details regarding the product.
We will respond quickly with instructions to return defective items.
